Our team of dermatologists at The Devonshire Clinic provides expert private medical and cosmetic dermatology services to patients from all over the world. Based in Harley Street, London, we diagnose, treat and manage many skin problems from acne and eczema to psoriasis and skin cancer.
The Devonshire Clinic was founded by Dr Conal Perrett MBChB FRCP PhD , a consultant dermatologist and dermatological surgeon with many years of experience in London teaching hospitals and other centres of excellence. Dr Perrett leads a team of renowned consultant dermatologists and surgeons at our Harley Street practice. All our dermatologists and surgeons are on the specialist register of the UK General Medical Council (GMC) and have years of experience within the NHS.

A patient-first dermatology clinic in London
We have a patient-first philosophy, and from the moment you contact us, we’ll do everything we can to help you feel reassured and relaxed. Our consultant dermatologists will take the time to listen to you and help you understand more about your skin condition. Then, they’ll discuss your treatment options along with any follow-up care and management.
At your first appointment, we’ll begin by asking about your medical history and how your symptoms affect your everyday life. We’ll also carry out a detailed physical examination. We understand that many people feel apprehensive about having treatment for skin problems, but our friendly team of experts will put you at ease. COVID restrictions permitting, you’re welcome to bring a friend or relative along with you to the consultation.
Our dermatologists can access a wide range of diagnostic facilities in the same building as our consulting rooms. And you’ll be able to have any necessary tests, including biopsies (where a small sample of skin is taken for analysis) in the same building. In some cases, you’ll be able to have any tests at your appointment and come back later in the day to discuss the results and your treatment options. Best of all, you can take as much time as you need to ask questions and discuss what happens next. Of course, your treatment plan is personalised to suit your needs, but we want you to feel comfortable with any decision you make, and we’ll never put you under pressure to rush into anything.

- Skin cancer treatments
Skin cancer is the most common type of cancer, often affecting skin areas exposed to the sun. But if it’s treated early, skin cancer isn’t usually life-threatening and can easily be treated. At The Devonshire Clinic, our dermatologists diagnose and treat skin cancers, including melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers.
